The Perfect CAT eyes.

Hey darlings!!! Hope you are queening?

You know those days you cant bear to wear eyeshadow or you dont want to look overly done but you realise you are a queen and you need to look the part ; the CAT EYES (winged eyeliner) got you baby

Except you have a degree in geometry or the steady hands of a surgeon or an inclination towards art, you would agree that applying liquid eyeliner is one messy job.

Here are is a pictorial guide on how to use cellotape for the perfect winged eyeliner

you can use masking tape,or an eyeshadow shield.
